coming soon to cheeseland and vine & table!

artisan cheese at vine & table

During a recent trip to Cincinnati, I came upon a Scottish cheddar that just blew my mind. After a bit of research, I am happy to announce that Isle of Mull Cheddar will be arriving in Cheeseland late this week!!

artisan cheese at vine & tableIsle of Mull Cheddar is named after the island of the west coast of Scotland where it is produced.
Sgruib-ruadh farm, the only dairy farm on the island, is where they produce this beautiful raw cow’s milk cheese. Wrapped in a natural cloth rind and aged over a year, Isle of Mull has a clean, mouth-tingling acidity that is balanced by a texture softer than most cloth-bound cheddar.

I can’t wait to share Isle of Mull Cheddar with you!  Stop in Vine & Table Friday, March 23rd for a taste of the Scottish isle!
